The clerk maintains records for civil, criminal, domestic relations, and juvenile cases. The County Records Department acts as the main repository for all Pulaski County court documents. If you want a certified copy of a civil court record, the fee is $5.00 per document. Standard page copies cost $0.25 per page. The office also serves as Pulaski County Real Estate Recorder, Voter Registrar, and issues marriage licenses. All of these functions are handled at the same location.

This covers cases filed at Pulaski County Circuit Court, which handles all major civil matters for Little Rock. Note: Online records are most complete for cases filed after the mid-1990s. Older civil case files may only be available in person at the courthouse.
Little Rock City Clerk and Municipal Records
The Little Rock City Clerk's Office manages the official records of the City of Little Rock. This includes City Board of Directors meeting minutes, ordinances, resolutions, and other city-level documents. The City Clerk is not the same as the Circuit Clerk. City-level records and civil court case filings are separate systems.

Civil court case records from circuit court, including disputes, judgments, and civil suits, go through the Pulaski County Circuit Clerk at the courthouse on West Markham Street. The City Clerk also certifies copies of official city records and maintains the City Seal. Both offices are open Monday through Friday.
Little Rock District Court
District courts in Arkansas handle civil claims up to $25,000 and small claims cases up to $5,000. The Pulaski County District Court serves Little Rock residents for lower-level civil matters.
